Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Guangzhou Qupu Technology Co., Ltd. ("Qupu" or "we") provides digital product and technology services including App Development, Game Development, Software Services, and IP Design. Specific service details are subject to the contract signed between both parties.

2. Intellectual Property

We guarantee that the services provided do not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights. Materials provided by the client must be from legitimate sources. For content independently developed by us, intellectual property ownership is handled according to contract terms.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties shall maintain confidentiality obligations for business secrets and technical secrets obtained during cooperation, and shall not disclose or use them for purposes other than this cooperation project without the other party's written consent.

4. Payment and Delivery

Service fees and delivery schedules are executed according to the contract signed between both parties. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

5. Disclaimer

We shall not be held liable for service failures due to force majeure, client reasons, or third-party causes. In cases of delays caused by us, we will take reasonable measures to minimize losses.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the cooperation with 30 days written notice to the other party. In case of breach of contract by one party that prevents the contract from continuing, the other party has the right to terminate immediately and claim losses.
